## Narrative

An employee was using a multi-use type ladder to access the rooftop of a single-story single family residence to conduct a re-roofing cost estimate. The employee lost his balance/footing and fell 8 feet from the ladder to the ground below. The employee suffered rib fractures, a broken clavicle, and injuries to vertebrae.
