## Narrative

On June 29, 2022, an employee was found laying next to a delivery truck exhibiting signs of heat exhaustion. The employee had worked his entire shift of loading and unloading fuel and had clocked out two hours prior to being found by another employee. The employee was hospitalized with heat stroke.
