## Narrative

An employee was moving a 1,400-pound trolley tree loaded with ham hocks to a cooler. The trolley hit a kink in the overhead rail system, derailed, and fell onto the employee, pinning him beneath it. The employee suffered a bilateral pelvic fracture.
