## Narrative

An employee was unfastening a wall from a jig table, which required him to be on the table to remove numerous hold-down screws. While getting off the table, he stepped on a 1-by-4 header board that was not attached to the wall itself. The board broke and he fell to the ground, suffering a broken hip.
