## Narrative

An employee was using a forklift to transport a large trash bin and empty it in a dumpster. While outside the forklift, the employee placed their hand on a railing and the trash bin slipped/tilted back, crushing their finger against the railing. Their ring finger was fractured and required surgery and hospitalization.
