## Narrative

An employee and a co-worker were repairing a pallet, with the co-worker holding the repair parts and the employee using a pneumatic nail gun to nail the parts together. The co-worker lost control of the repair parts and they struck the employee, causing the employee's left middle finger to become nailed to a board.
