## Narrative

On August 12, 2022, at 8:58 p.m., a temporary employee was driving a forklift when they made a sharp turn and the forklift tipped over. The employee jumped off the forklift and their left leg became trapped under the top bars of the lift, resulting in multiple fractures and a damaged kneecap.
