## Narrative

On August 30, 2022, a forklift was raising a pallet stacked with totes when the load shifted and fell onto a nearby employee. She was knocked to the ground and suffered a contusion, a laceration, swelling, and bruising to the top of her right hand. The employee was hospitalized.
