## Narrative

An employee and his crew were performing safety inspections on utility poles at a work site. Toward the end of the workday, at 3:00 p.m., the employee began to experience muscle cramps. The employee took a shaded break and hydrated but was unable to keep fluids down. The employee was hospitalized.
