## Narrative

An employee was pulling cardboard from a rotary die cutting machine. The machine grabbed the employee's right glove, pulling the employee's hand into its feed section. The employee suffered three broken fingers and a broken wrist, as well as friction burns to the right hand. The employee was hospitalized.
