## Narrative

At 8:45 a.m. on September 27, 2022, a FedEx employee was moving a container of freight from a truck on a mobile conveyor with rollers. He slipped and fell, and the container fell off the conveyor onto his right leg. The leg was broken and he was hospitalized.
