## Narrative

On October 12, 2022, an employee had completed a day of work installing/ removing blinds and conducting pump maintenance. He developed symptoms of heat-related illness and was hospitalized for dehydration. Symptoms may have been exacerbated by chemical exposure (hydrocarbons) earlier in the day.
