## Narrative

An employee was rinsing a barrel that contained an acidic chemical down a drain. Bleach from a mop bucket was emptied down the same drain, creating chlorine gas. The employee inhaled the gas and was hospitalized for chest tightness, difficulty breathing, and shortness of breath. The employee was hospitalized.
