## Narrative

An employee was installing overhead air supply lines when he stepped onto a 2x4 ceiling nailer of an office that was under construction. The employee fell eight feet through the ceiling and onto the floor, sustaining two lumbar vertebrae fractures and a rib fracture that punctured his lung.
