## Narrative

Salesmen were cleaning the car lot following a snowstorm. One employee was holding onto the back of a plow truck with the driver unaware when he slipped and his head struck the pavement. The employee lost consciousness for approximately 20 to 30 seconds and reported head, neck, and left shoulder pain.
