## Narrative

Three employees were observing a laser-cutting automation machine in a caged area. The safety restart was pressed and the machine began moving on auto-mode. The injured employee was pinned between a conveyor and the automation machine, sustaining injuries to the spleen and stomach and internal bleeding.
