## Narrative

An employee was working from 6 feet off the ground during a roof-building project. He fell through the ceiling; his chest hit a beam as he fell, and after he landed, a sander fell through the ceiling onto him. He was hospitalized, having suffered a broken sternum and five broken ribs.
