## Narrative

An employee was working in a client's home to rewire the house. While walking down the stairs to the basement, a step broke away from the support, causing the employee to slide down the steps and fall onto the floor. He struck his head on the wall/floor at the bottom of the stairs, resulting in a concussion and right knee injury.
