## Narrative

On December 9, 2022, an employee was clearing a jam of product on a labeler conveyor when he contacted the nip point on the conveyor rollers and sustained an amputation to the right middle and index fingers. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery. The machine was guarded at the time.
