## Narrative

An employee was at the light board communicating the truck ticket number to another employee. He turned and stepped when his right foot was caught on  the light board post or a nearby steel sheet, causing him to trip and fall onto the concrete floor. The employee sustained a right hip and femur fracture and was hospitalized.
