## Narrative

An employee was hooking a fifth-wheel dolly to the connector on a 28-foot trailer to create a tandem set of 28-foot trailers. The dolly moved in a pothole or divot on the ground and the employee's left hand was crushed between the dolly hitch and the connector, resulting in a left hand fracture.
