## Narrative

A temporary employee was assisting with the reinstallation of an exhaust hood on a mill zinc pot. As he was preparing to install bolts on the framework for the exhaust hood, he stepped on insulation that was covering an opening on the pot, submerging his right leg up to his knee into molten zinc and resulting in burns to the leg.
