## Narrative

On January 6, 2023, at 3 p.m., an employee was using a fire hose to clean hot fly ash off an 8-foot-high wall of a damper when the fly ash fell off the wall and caused a splash that contacted the employee, resulting in a thermal burn to their abdomen and legs.
