## Narrative

An employee was loading a light tower onto a gooseneck trailer. When he pivoted the trailer jack up to lay the tongue of the light tower down, his finger became pinched between the light tower coupler and the wooden deck on the trailer. He sustained a left middle fingertip amputation.
