## Narrative

An employee was kneeling around a drain in a parking garage to perform cleaning tasks. A forklift operator was moving a pallet of concrete blocks. The forklift struck and pinned the injured employee between the ground and the pallet. He sustained an arm fracture and pain in the back and ribs.
