## Narrative

An employee was remotely monitoring equipment when he noticed and reported an equipment issue that indicated a motor was not performing within parameters. He and another employee went to check the equipment in the field when an arc flash occurred. Both employees sustained burns to both hands and to the head. One employee was hospitalized.
