## Narrative

On January 25, 2023, an employee was using a scissor lift to set HVAC equipment up on the roof of a home/airplane hangar. The scissor lift was near the hangar's rollup door. The door was opened and knocked the scissor lift over; the employee jumped to the cement floor, about 14 feet below, to avoid being crushed by the falling lift. He suffered fractures to the pelvis and ankle and was hospitalized.
