## Narrative

An employee was observing push cables move through segments to ensure that they did not get caught. When a cable became caught, the employee grabbed the cable and the rotation pulled his hand between the cable and rebar. The employee sustained an amputation of the right index fingertip that required hospitalization and surgery.
