## Narrative

An employee was preparing to move a 75-foot pipe. The employee used a pipe bar tool to grab the pipe with two prongs on the lip of the pipe, then began to move the pipe. The employee's fingers were pinched between the pipe bar and another, adjacent pipe. The employee's fingertip was surgically amputated.
