## Narrative

An employee was overlooking product that was being moved from a chain roller conveyor. The machine's frame is controlled by an air bag that lifts and lowers. The employee moved closer to the machine to get a better view of the product when the machine lowered and pinched his right foot, resulting in partial amputations of his big and index toes.
