## Narrative

An employee was lifting brass rebar material off a flatbed truck with a hoist and nylon straps when the material fell out of the sling and struck the employee, knocking them to the ground and pinning them against the truck. The employee suffered injuries to their hip/pelvic region, as well as abrasions to their right forearm and the back of their head.
