## Narrative

An employee was using a U-boat cart to move product from the access storage on the sidewalk. A box fell off the U-boat cart and the employee stopped the cart to pick up the box from the floor. Due to the uneven surface of the paved sidewalk, the U-boat cart began to shift and tipped over. As the employee quickly moved out of the way, she fell, striking her left hip on the ground.
