## Narrative

On March 22, 2023, at 11:52 AM, a truck driver was unloading a propylene truck trailer into a facility piping system. Propylene released and found an ignition source, resulting in a fire/explosion of the trailer. An employee sustained burns to his back, arms, and legs.
