## Narrative

On March 25, 2023, an employee was preparing a hotel room for guest arrival. The employee went into the bathroom to retrieve a bag from the trashcan when they slipped and fell backward, hitting the toilet as they fell to the floor. The employee suffered abrasions to their left knee and hip.
