## Narrative

An employee was using runners to move packs of glass from a truck when one pack fell off the runners and struck the employee's lower body and knocked him to the floor. The employee sustained five fractured ribs, internal injuries, and a lower leg laceration. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
