## Narrative

An employee was setting up their workstation and aligning parts to be shotblasted. While the employee was moving a hose, a 12-by-8-inch pipe fitting became unstable and fell, striking the employee's leg above the knee. The employee was sitting in a chair and they sustained a femur fracture.
