## Narrative

An employee was entering a mini trackhoe to get his inspection book. The vehicle was parked on a slight incline, requiring the employee to reach for the handle and enter the cab. He slipped and fell, landing on the push blade, and sustained 3 rib fractures and a punctured lung.
