## Narrative

An employee was on a pitched roof removing shingles when they stepped/slipped on a tarp that was on top of a pool screen enclosure. The employee fell 20 feet to the pool deck below, sustaining head trauma, a facial fracture, and fractures to both arms and wrists. Fall protection equipment was worn at the time of the incident.
