## Narrative

An employee was holding a stage support beam while co-workers attached it to the stage canopy. The canopy was lowered to approximately 4 feet above the stage. The employee stepped backward and fell off the edge of the stage, landing on the pavement. The employee suffered head trauma and a chest contusion.
