## Narrative

Two employees were involved in an altercation at a client location. One employee was attempting to enter a moving vehicle while the other employee was operating the vehicle. While the injured employee went to open the passenger side door, they fell and struck their head on the ground, resulting in a head injury. The employee was hospitalized.
