## Narrative

On May 12, 2023, an employee was repairing a wood chipper. They were using a come-along to turn the drum to clean out the wood debris with a blower. The employee's foot was caught and crushed by the drum and duct inside the wood chipper. The employee suffered amputations to two toes and was hospitalized.
