## Narrative

An employee was driving an asphalt roller when the vehicle drove over an uneven surface. This caused the machine to rock back and forth and the employee to fall off. The employee fell to the ground and the rear roller tire ran over the their right leg, resulting in a femur fracture, as well as an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear and a meniscus tear.
