## Narrative

An employee was unstrapping a 20-foot-long stack of metal pipes when a pipe rolled from the truck bed. The employee's left hand was caught between the pipe and the guardrail, resulting in a crushed middle and ring finger as well as a fingertip amputation on the index finger.
