## Narrative

An employee was servicing an exhaust fan in the tree wash cabinet. He had one foot on the pump motor and the other foot on a raised threshold when he lost footing and fell into a catch basin. The catch basin contained heated water and chemicals which caused the employee to sustain first, second, and third-degree burns to lower extremities as well as a laceration to the right triceps.
