## Narrative

An employee had been towing a trash truck and discovered that the drive shaft was disengaged. The employee left their vehicle to retrieve tools to re-engage the drive shaft of the trash truck. The trash truck rolled over both of the employee's legs, resulting in injuries that included severe lacerations.
