## Narrative

An employee was pushing a rolling trash can around the east side of the building. While coming down the stairs, the employee lost her balance and fell down multiple concrete steps. The employee sustained injuries to the hand, shoulder, neck, knee, and head that resulted in bruising and lacerations.
