## Narrative

An employee was issuing tactical vehicle system (TVS) kits from a 40-foot shipping container. The employee was facing the container as they were sliding a kit weighing 44 kg to the front opening of the container. The employee lost their grip and began to fall backward when their right foot was caught under the kit, resulting in a right tibia and fibula fracture.
