## Narrative

An employee entered a milling machine to diagnose a problem with an airline leak when the machine actuated and pinned the employee between the door and the milling table. The employee sustained a left hip dislocation that required surgery, a left arm fracture, and multiple lacerations and bruises along the left side of the body.
