## Narrative

Employees were erecting scaffolding outriggers for masonry workers. The injured employee was on the sixth floor of the scaffolding, preparing to do masonry work. The employee sustained a punctured lung, a liver laceration, and fractures to their ribs, pelvis, and right wrist.
