## Narrative

An employee was delivering boxes of books using a pallet jack. While the employee was maneuvering the freight and exiting the trailer using the liftgate, they fell from the liftgate. The employee sustained fractured ribs, a collapsed lung, a scapula fracture, and contusions on their right hip and back.
